FPL WYNWOOD BATTERY

Florida Power & Light Company’s (FPL) partnered with Goldman Global Arts to launch their latest innovation, a 10MW/40MW-hour battery system that can dispatch enough energy to charge 5 million iPhones or power 7,000 homes for four hours.

Goldman Global Arts, enlisted Miami-based artist Ernesto Maranje. His artwork features native animals including the Florida panther and American Flamingo blending nature with the neighborhood’s vibrant arts culture.
