Sterling Bay, the Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm, commissioned Goldman Global Arts, headed up by local Wynwood expert and Goldman Properties CEO Jessica Goldman to hand-pick artists to be commissioned for its new class A mixed-use space 545wyn.

For the two roll-up doors of the 325,000 square foot building, local professional visual artist MOJO, known for crafting inspiring visual narratives. For the ceiling of the 420-car garage, Goldman selected German street artist 1010, known for his use of concentric layers of color.
